I am grateful for work. I am grateful for the ability to contribute to society and hold my own.
But even more I am grateful for the gift of rest. I am grateful that I can be still. That I can sit and enjoy the fruits of my labor. Feel the contrast of movement and ambition to stillness and continents. And in that beautiful rest meditate and have awareness of all my blessings, being present enough to enjoy them. To feel my pores open up and drink in the physical and spiritual coming together. Grateful STILL.
